Essential Guidelines for Using Concrete Vibrators(2)

Concrete vibrators are key tools in the construction industry, designed to ensure that concrete is properly compacted. Concrete vibrators, according to their composition structure, mainly consist of internal vibrators and external vibrators. The following are the key points for using external vibrators:

1. Horizontal operation
The external vibrator is designed without considering the bearing bearing axial force. When in use, the motor should be in a horizontal state.
On a horizontal concrete surface, the external vibrator uses the horizontal component of the inertial force generated by the motor vibrator to move. The operator only needs to control the direction of movement to achieve efficient compaction.

2. Pre-operation inspection
Before operation, please check and test run. Avoid running the vibrator on a hard surface or dry soil, otherwise the vibrator will vibrate and even be damaged. If the vibrator is installed on the silo of the mixing plant (station), a rubber pad should be installed.

3. Vibration time
When using a connected vibrator, the vibration time for each time shall not exceed 1 minute. When the concrete flows horizontally in the mold, the vibration can be stopped. Do not vibrate after the concrete begins to solidify, and ensure that the surrounding vibration does not affect the initial setting concrete to maintain the quality of the concrete.

4. Layered vibration
When the flat plate vibrator vibrates, it should be vibrated in layers and sections for a large area. When moving, it should be arranged in order. After the front row vibrates for a section, it can return to the original row for a second vibration, or vibrate the second row, and the two rows should overlap by 5cm.

5. Safety in use
External vibrators are usually operated in outdoor humid environments, and electrical components are prone to failure. Please strictly follow electrical safety regulations to prevent accidents, especially in humid environments. When operating and moving, the wires of the motor must be kept of sufficient length and strength, and they must not be stretched too tight to avoid breaking the wire ends.

Conclusion
By following these guidelines, operators can effectively use external concrete vibrators, thereby improving the quality and durability of concrete projects. Emphasizing safety and correct techniques is for better results and reducing risks in the construction environment.
