  • How long will it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

    On working days, we will reply within 12 hours of receiving the inquiry.

  • Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    We have five factories, and we also have our international trade department, we produce and sell by ourselves.

  • What products can you provide?

    We mainly produce water pumps, pipelines, motors, axial fans, and concrete vibrators.

    Our products cover almost all applicable fields of equipment manufacturing and machinery manufacturing and processing industries, mainly including municipal engineering, construction machinery, mining machinery, agricultural irrigation and water conservancy projects, agricultural machinery, ships, petroleum machinery, construction, power accessories, electromechanical, etc.

  • Can you do customized products?

    Yes, we have a strong R&D team, and we can develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • Are you producing standard parts?

    Yes, we mainly produce enterprise standard and national standard products.

  • How about your company's production capacity?

    We have more than 12 production lines. You can experience production, packaging, and one-stop service from us. Our annual output is more than 15,000 pcs.

  • How many employees does your company have, including how many technicians?

    The company has more than 100 employees, including more than 15 professional and technical personnel.

  • How does your company guarantee product quality?

    First of all, we will have corresponding inspections after each process. For the final products, we will conduct midway sampling inspections, vibrating parts inspections, coil inspections, air volume inspections, assembly inspections, and factory inspections.
    Then, we have the most advanced and complete top testing equipment in the industry: inter-turn machine, tester, etc. The above-mentioned equipment can fully guarantee to provide customers with high-precision final finished products, and at the same time can ensure that customers' testing requirements for materials are met.

  • What is the payment method?

    When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF, or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance and pay the balance before shipment. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.

  • How to ship the goods to customers?

    Usually, we ship by sea because we are in Taizhou, north of Ningbo City, and sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also transport them by air. Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.

  • Where are your goods mainly exported to?

    Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries such as the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Australia, and Canada.
